Guidelines on How To Plan Your Wedding Reception

Guidelines to the couple who plan to have a wedding reception

1. Know your budget (This is important as most of the couple don't know what's their budget for their wedding. What they only know, they want a grand wedding but their budget is limited. I want to advice "ukur baju di badan sendiri")

2. Find your desire place to have your wedding function (place is important as some of the couple want to have it at home - lebih berkat..whoever have big budget can go for ballroom at hotel...atau dewan2 yg ada sekarang pun quite OK)

3. Choose your wedding planner
(Nowadays there are more than hundred thousands wedding planner in Malaysia. Just find the valuable one to you or the best is the One Stop Center. So u can save your time & money)

4. Get a quotation (Normally most of the professional wedding planner will give you the quotation for you to review all the packages that they have. Bukan yg jumpa & cakap2 kosong saja tnpa Ada hitam & putih..its better to have an agreement so both part safe)

5. Don't ignore the Terms & Condition (please be concern at this part. Most couples ONLY interested at the package, but they refused to read the T&C...beli apapun org akan baca terms dlu..if u don't read it, its your own fault when anything happen and pls dun blame others for your own mistakes)

6. Deposit is a MUST! (Ramai couples yang tak faham bila datang part ni, why we have to pay deposit ... 20%..50%... Actually deposit is for the wedding planner to log the date & to confirm that you already booked the date with them. Customer bkn seorang dua yg nakkan date yg berbeza..sometimes 5 couples datang tnya utk date yg sama. So first come with the deposit they'll get the package. And from that deposit also wedding planner plan utk beli brg2 majlis uollss nnti..so jgn kiasu Bab duit..SBB wedding planner hanya nak buat yg terbaek utk majlis uollss nnti)

7. Double check the preparation (ramai yg fikir after dh settle deposit tanggungjwb atas wedding planner 100%. Yes it is..but uolss yg nk kawen bnda ni kena amek tau jgk..at least just text "hows everything?" At least u know the wedding planner didn't miss out your function. SBB Ada terjadi - yg pasti bkn Dari pihak uV, wedding planner terlupa SBB byk Sgt job ambil)

8. A few hours before your special day (double check everything that have been set up for you. If u don't satisfied with anything juz directly inform to wedding planner so that the planner know how to fix it. Stop with the attitude bitching around. It won't help ur function getting any better with this kind of attitude)

9. Satisfied? Settle the balance (if u happy, let others happy too)
